Nice, fun gift!
I didn’t open before gifting due to the way it was sealed in plastic. So I was relieved nothing was broken, or missing. I only gave 4 stars because the glasses were not shiny & new looking. Nothing washing them couldn’t handle ,but it made me question if they had been used. They were grimy with a nasty film all over them. That was a bit embarrassing & disappointing. Aside from that everything else looked good & the recipient seems to enjoy the new gift.

Greatest gift ever
i got the barrel for my son and the box set for his friend that joined us for Christmas. They LOVED LOVED LOVED them. They actually posted it on their instagram which never happens. The smel of the wood was just over the top. The glassware is so pretty and thick not that cheap thin stuff. Just such amazing products.

Great whiskey set – great as a gift or for yourself
This set came well packed and it was super easy to install. It looks great in my place, it’s a nice ornament and it has a high-quality feeling. It looks and feels just like a barrel. But besides the looks, the set is perfect for me. I love my bourbon neat and cold and the stones, that come with a bag for the freezer, just do the job. They cool the bourbon without diluting it or adding unwanted extra taste.

Cheap & poor workmanship
As you can see when I recieved the product it was already falling apart it took the better part of 2 seconds to realise there is absolutely NO quality in workman ship this is the modern day America I guess full of cheap mass produced Chinese imports where pride in workmenship and quality are so far down the list I think they fell off.We have soooo many talented and skilled artisans in the USA do we really need to accept this horrific Chinese rubbish ?!?!?

More than what I expected
I am in total love with this barrel. If I have a negative comment will be on the inside foam on the top, it is way to glued. If I am using the barrel as a decoration, it just looks awkward. However, I found the same material of the foam in black and I covered it. It looks fantastic on my Whiskey table.I’m satisfied.

Missing parts!
Bad experience with this product! For what this supposed to be a gift surprise for someone, the surprised and embarrassing moment was for me. The product has missing parts and looks like it was already returned! 😡

Cheaply made
Barrel was falling apart upon opening the box, one band was not properly secured and the damaged nail was even included in the box. Wooden barrel looked nothing like the picture.

Cheap piece of crap
**Buyer Beware**The barrel was falling apart when the person I gave it to as a gift opened the box. One of the bands was not secured and the missing thumbtack wasn’t in the box. The barrel looked nothing like the picture. I was so embarrassed when he opened it. I really have to stop buying junk on amazon, people that sell crap like this make it bad for all that sell on amazon.

Beautiful glasses, very cool barrel.
I bought this as a gift for my cowboy husband. He really liked it. The glasses are very eye catching. I like the velvet inside, but I wish the foam padding didn’t leave “dust” on the glasses. He’ll have to wipe them off every time he wants to use it. Small thing, but just something to maybe improve on.

Good gift if doesn’t come damaged
I got this as a Christmas gift for a friend of mine. I thought for the price and all that comes with it that it was a good idea. Also, it’s a good decor piece. Unfortunately, when he opened it we realized that some of the black metal wrap around pieces were off the barrel. The little pins that were put on the barrel to hold the metal wrap around must’ve fallen off or hadn’t been put on. I would recommend opening the barrel first and then wrapping it up so you can see if it cameDamaged. It’s embarrassing giving a broken Christmas gift.
