Great product
This set of tools is great for opening jars and bottles. I was struggling with opening bottles, but this set of tools has taken care of that problem! I use the jar and bottle opener every day! It is very easy to use, and it works very well. It has proven to be durable, and it is not heavy or uncomfortable in my hands. I highly recommend it.

Works perfect!
Bought these for my 85 year-old mom who lives in her own apartment and was frustrated having to go and ask people to open items. She said she now feels like she’s super strong and so far, can open anything that she needs opening. She can’t believe how easy it is with these openers and aqua blue is her favorite color! Best gift ever.

Nice set
This set is nice, the gripper pad is great and helps me open items I wouldn’t be able to open otherwise. I like the jar opener too but it is a little awkward in my hands because it is so big. Much better quality than a similar set I bought

Good overall, does the job
this was good at first and definitely helped with the issue of opening bottles and lids of my jars. But the grip got harder over time, but overall it helped with speed of opening.

The handy-dandiest set of tools in the Kitchen!
I saw this set of kitchen tools to open everything under the sun and knew I had to have it! They have so far held up well.I have used the rubber stopper, the bottle opener and the can opener, and they all work great and make my life so mucheasier in opening these containers! The grip is wonderful and they are comfortable and easy to use. I don’t have the strength and agility I used to to open jars and the like, now that I am becoming a Senior, which btw I highly recommend them for. Would make a great gift for Mom/Dad/Grandma/Gramps, and even helps the kids to get a grip when one of the former aren’t available for help.

It works!
IT WORKS ! Have arthritis and could not even open a bottle of water, this tool is wonderful: even holds the cap once bottle is opened. Use this everyday. My 7 year old grandson even uses it!

Marginally useful jar opener set
The jar opener “for weak hands” works okay for tight lids and caps, but only if your grip is plenty strong enough to make it grasp the lid or cap. Otherwise, it just slips around. I can use it, but only by holding it really tightly and that kind of defeats the purpose of the whole thing, doesn’t it? Someone with bad arthritis or grip weakness would be disappointed with this jar opener. The bottle opener/tab lifter, along with the red grippy thing, are nice additions to this set, so all in all it is a reasonable value but not the perfect solution to opening jars, etc. Recommended with reservations. It works!
After partially rupturing a tendon in my right hand a few months ago, I have more difficulty opening jars now, and have tried various jar opening devices. I saw this one in a review posted by Consumer Reports, written by a young women who lost the lower part of one arm and has to do everything one-handed. She recommended (and demonstrated in a video) how she uses this to open jars. Very impressive. It has several openings to fit various sized jar lids, and also comes with a smaller device for bottle lids and a 6 inch diameter rubber mat for a non-slip base to keep the jars in place. The only thing I found difficult is the need to be able to grip the handle to keep the opener closed around the jar lid. I guess I am going to have to learn to use my left hand for that due to lack of hand strength and trigger finger on the injured hand, but still, this is the best jar opener I’ve found and I would recommend it. By the way, one trick I learned (and maybe everybody already knows) is to take a dinner knife and gently tap the handle around the lid in several places first before trying to open the jar. It seems to loosen the seal enough to make it open more easily.

Not too bad
Bought this one because I do have physical problems. It works okay. Still is hard to use with my condition and it doesn’t fit my European lids well. Not a bad product overall if you need a bit extra help but if your hands and wrists are bad, I would consider an electric can and jar opener.

You can’t go wrong with this jar opener
This was gift for my daughter because she was complaining that she can’t open anything with her hands. She has small hands and not strong enough to open jars. She was so happy to get this. She already tried on a jar and a bottle, and it works perfectly. I might buy one for myself.
