    I took so long to write a review because I didnt want to be bias…product looks good but dont function, meaning the ice melts in no time….ice Dont stay in this…..I waste of my money….sorry I couldn’t put no stars.

    Missing ice tongs

    The ice bucket is well-made, and handsome, but it is disappointing that it did not have the ice tongs included in the box. I noticed that another person had this same issue in the Q&A for this product. That is why I am only giving this item 2 stars. It is irritating to not have the tongs included, especially when the bucket has a compartment especially for said tongs.

    If guest touching the communal ice cubes with their hands then this is bucket is great value for the money. I really liked the hidden tong design. Also I felt the ice kept longer without melting. I would recommend the product.

    Handle immediately fell off and wouldn’t screw back in.

    Poorly assembled. The handle screws into the side but the threads were installed wrong so the handle fell off when I took it out of the package and wouldn’t screw back in. So no handle. Probably can find a sturdier one at the same price.

    Wish the handle had a rubber grip

    I’m in agreement with all the positives written about this ice bucket. The major drawback for me is that the handle has no protective covering on it, which will cause scratching and wear damage to the sides of the bucket. There are other choices similar to this one that have that feature.

    Nice but with some faults

    As an ice bucket, it works fine and the tongs and storage in the lid work well. The lid is a bit loose and would benefit with a small seal of some sort to improve insulation and help retain the lid when in use. Secondly, the handle hinge pin fell apart in the second use and is stripped preventing it from being re-installed & used again. This is a fairly good product that needs some improvements.

    Even better than expected

    I was looking for a more sophisticated ice bucket fit my bar. My old one was plastic and had parrots on it, so this is a major upgrade.The quality appears to be really good. No seams are visible, or anything else that would make the quality questionable.I really like a couple things about this ice bucket, and they were unexpected, as I did not notice then in the photos. In addition to the walls being insulated, the lid is as well, and includes a set of tongs that tuck into the lid for storage.

    Love this ice bucket! Its very pretty on the counter and holds a lot of ice. I only gave it 4 stars because it needs a strainer. Otherwise, it is perfect for its intended use.
