Missing knob where the handle goes
Disappointed that it was missing one small piece where the handle goes. Now I have to shop this back and find a different one.

Cheap plastic lid split before a single use
Ordered this ice bucket and it came in, looked great. Not sure if I just missed it when I opened it or if this happened while it was sitting in the cabinet, but the plastic encasing the top split as seen in the image. I went to get it out to use it for the first time and that’s what I was greeted with. Would not recommend

Cheap plastic, ice melted immediately
The description says this bucket is made of stainless steel. It is plastic. The ice melted completely within a couple of hours. This bucket was very expensive for it to be so useless. I will be returning it.

The tongs are not as pictured. Instead they are cheap, clear & plastic. The black part in the photo seems to have some stripes and the ice bucket is a solid black. Didn’t match photos.

I LOVE this!!! I was debating getting this in exchange for something more modern and expensive but a lot of the more expensive ice buckets don’t have insulation and that’s crucial unless you want to keep cleaning up condensation during use. I read through a lot of the reviews before purchasing. Some people called it cheap but really it’s all you would expect from an ice bucket. The inside needs to be plastic for insulation to prevent leaky runoff and it works great! Looks just as classy and expensive looking as ice buckets I could’ve paid 2 to 3 times more for. Love!!

Perfect size!
This is exactly what we needed for our butler’s pantry! It is the perfect size to use when we have guests for drinks & dinner. It looks great with the tray we already had. I struggled to find the perfect gold ice bucket (so many are stainless). This matches the brass hardware on our cabinets. I am very pleased with this purchase!
