    I’m impressed

    Two words: buy this.Like many of us, I purchase a lot on Amazon but rarely leave reviews. This one is worthy of taking the time. What caught my attention was the impressive packaging. Sure, the product seems great, but the packaging set the tone. It does not have the feel of something thrown together, but rather it presents well and it’s clear that the seller took time to craft quality packaging around a quality product. That said, if you need a gift for someone, this will leave a good impression.I wasn’t expecting much with a brand name like Smirly (which reads as if it’s one of the innumerable Chinese sellers hawking questionable products with descriptions that defy English grammar) but looking into the brand further, they are a company here in California. I’m happy to support them and I hope they read this… Nice job guys. Well done.

    So impressive!

    For the amount of money I spend on this board compared to how expensive most boards of this size are, I was not expecting anything magnificent. But man was I wrong! Right off the bat the packaging blew me away. It looked very chic and well thought out.The board itself has everything you could possibly need and is beautifully made. Not to mention it comes with so many additional things you may need such as little knives, signs to label foods, markers, ceramic bowls and an additional side board.Would absolutely recommend this product!

    I gave one of these as a housewarming gift to my niece and her husband several years ago. They loved it and use it all the time. This time, I gave it to good friends on the occasion of moving into their new house. They love it as well!

    I bought two of these for our daughters for Christmas. It is as nice as pictured. Good quality with a sale price during the holidays. They have both used them during Christmas and New Year’s parties. They were very pleased. One set has a chip in one of the ramekins, but the seller is working with that daughter to get it replaced. If it is not handled satisfactorily, I will update my review accordingly. I expect a good response.

    Beautiful and Practical

    I bought this charcuterie and serving tray for when I’m entertaining guests. What most caused me to buy it was that a tray with 4 different cheese cutting knives are built into a tray that slides into the board. When it arrived I was taken aback. It is a beautiful item; heavy weight and quality workmanship. And it also comes with a separate round board for serving fruit. I was so happy with it, that I immediately ordered another one to give as a Christmas gift to my boss.

    Gorgeous Cheeseboard

    I’m truly excited about this purchase! I ordered it this afternoon and it was hand delivered to me this evening!! The delivery person knocked on the door and she had started to walk away. I was pleased that she didn’t just leave it and confirmed my name on package and handed it right to me. I have been skeptical about receiving packages lately either they’re not delivered to correct address or I never receive the package. So again, pure delight in getting my order so expeditiously and the care in delivery by the delivery person. Now on to the cheese board. It’s great craftsman ship and with care I know I will have it for years to come. It’s small, ideal size for 10 people or less. It even came with a booklet to show types of cheeses and which knife should used; also the ideal spreads, meats and savory items to place on the board. The small fruit tray is cute and could be used to display cheeses for one/ two people. And lastly the packaging is great for gifting for Christmas, wedding, housewarming, just anytime you want to give a special gift. The box is sturdy enough to use for storage when not in use. Care instructions were also included and aren’t complicated at all. I’m having a small gathering for the Christmas holiday and I truly look forward to adding this cheeseboard to my appetizer table.

    Needed a dish to bring for a family party … it was my intention to find locally yet when I noticed delivery was less than 24 hrs I stopped looking & ordered. Best purchase ever … all reviews are right on queue!! Fantastic quality & very heavy! Guess this will be my go-to … you will not regret!

    I’d buy the larger option now: this was a gem of a find! Love it. You MUST use clear Mineral Oil to prepare and treat the bamboo. No detergent or dishwashing. Dawn type dish soap is fine but do not soak or scrub: if you’ve treated this board properly with mineral oil, a wipe over with a hot, soapy rag is all that’s needed. Retreat and store.Normal dish soap with antibacterial action is more than effective for keeping your board germ free 👍🏻

    great for date night/quiet night

    i typically will cut up cheese, meat, fruit, veggies and have crackers. this typically comes out in a few plates and so forth. when i saw this i was amazed since it looked so nice. real wood. nicely surprised at the quality of this cheese board set.it doesn’t look just nice, it is very handy. this has a slide in drawer for the knives which come with it along with a separate wood board that will hold fruit and what not. there is an indentation for the 2 cups which are with this. i no longer have items all over but in just one place. i love the little cups for spreads. this will also work for when we have company. mostly it is for us to have while we watch movies.i love this! Recommend it for everyone. 5+ stars.make sure you treat the wood prior to using it the first time. the paperwork will also mention this.

    Beautiful and heavy

    This is a serious cheese board. The circular piece is actually separate from the square. And it’s really heavy – in a good way. Except that I had thought it could be a cool thing to use for camping. Not – just too heavy. But if you’re into noshing or cheese and nuts and more while serving wine with friends, this is perfect. Almost kept it to give as a gift but… honestly, I really don’t give gifts anymore lol!

    This was the perfect charcuterie board! It was such a hit at our Christmas party. Everyone was impressed with how nice it came out. The quality of the board is amazing! I love the pull out drawer with cheese knives and the ramekins of too. I wish you could store the ramekins inside of the drawer somehow for easy storage purposes.

    The charcutarie tray is solid with signs and spreaders for the cheese. The small ramekins for dips are included. There is even a matching round platter for additional items such as fruit so you can fill the main tray with meat, cheese and crackers. The organization of the tray helps to prepare a neat and organized presentation for even a beginner hostess. I purchased this item as a gift and was so impressed with it that I am keeping it and buying another as a gift to my friend!

    Fabulous!

    The finish is just beautiful and SO easy to clean! It’s very versatile…if you just need a simple tray, then you leave the drawer closed and don’t mess with it. If you want to get a little fancy, pull out those serving tools and chalkboard tags and go to town! It’s very heavy…not “cheap” at all, despite the excellent price. It makes a great gift for the entertainer in the family!

    I ordered two, one for me and one for a gift. I opened the package and was very pleasantly surprised how nice it is! Heavy bamboo, great size since it includes a separate nut tray. The packaging is very impressive. Even they way they include a Thank You card and a chart of cheeses, spreads, which included knife is intended for the different types of cheese, a chart of spreads to use with each, what meats and condiments pair best – really impressive for the price! If you give this as a gift, the recipient will think you spent much more than you did. I am in love with beauty, quality, and functionality. I will be ordering more of these to give as Christmas gifts to all of the people in my life that love to host gatherings.

    Beautiful for Hosting

    I bought this board on a whim as a gift for my brother and his wife who are incredible hosts. I didn’t expect much but when I opened the box to make sure nothing was broken I was astonished by how clean and professional the packaging is!     Needs a Cover!

    The workmanship is great….for a smallish gathering, there is plenty of room…for a larger gathering you would need to refill at least once. The biggest improvement that could be made is to include a cover to carry! For my bunco group of 20 I just bagged everything and arranged it on site but it would have been great to be able to arrange everything beforehand, cover it and toddle off! Hohoho
