I purchased this decanter set for my husband’s birthday; he loved the box, it is gorgeous and good quality- I plan on using it as decor. As soon as he opened it and discovered what was inside he flipped! Loves it so much he immediately asked me what the seller info was so he could purchase two other sets for wedding gifts for his two mates getting married next year.There was a piece missing so I contacted the seller via email and everything was settled within the hour and I got the part promptly. Lasting quality product and outstanding customer relations! The only off thing I noticed was how dirty the glass is, which is perhaps from the foam packaging. Silly, not even a complaint really, because you certainly have to wash it first regardless. Extremely pleased with the purchase over all!

Everyone asks where I bought my set; and after holding a glass, which perfectly contours to your hand so it will not slip out while cannonballing into the jacuzzi, they ask a second time.Yes, a glass or two may have an air (not an error) bubble or small imperfection, but it’s because the set is manufactured using a lead free method, which we all know lead is horrible for us. Well, unless you’ve had so much lead, then you’d complain, writing a bad review, about a tiny bubble or two in the glass because you’d prefer lead over unique imperfections.The only bad reviews on this set are due to shipping errors or because buyers cannot read the note from the company about why the tiny imperfections. In sum, buy, gift, or buy again this set, you will not be disappointed (again).

Recently bought this for my husband’s 30th birthday. Upon opening, one of the glasses had a chip at the top but there were clear instruction with the product on what to do if it was damaged. Rosie from Milburga’s Company Care responded immediately and sent TWO glasses to replace the one that was chipped. My husband and I love the set and were really happy with the quick fix to the problem! Also the boxes that the glasses came in are really cool and usable! They, along with the Mark Twain quote inside the lid, were the selling points for me. You definitely get what you pay for with this product. The glasses feel solid, not fragile, in your hand, which my husband particularly appreciates. Definitely recommend!

First of all, this is a BEAUTIFUL set. Clear and sparkly (after initial hand washing, of course.) I bought this as a gift for my son-in-law and he was very impressed. It comes in a very cool wooden chest lined with foam for safety in transit and storage. The box is great in and of itself. One of the glasses arrived with a chip in the rim. I was not concerned because I had read reviews before I purchased this and had heard that Milburga had excellent customer service. They did not disappoint. I emailed them a photo of the chipped glass and they very quickly sent me TWO replacement glasses IN ANOTHER SUPER COOL WOODEN BOX as an added bonus. I don’t think I have ever been more impressed with an online company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and specifically this set. If 10 stars was an option I would have given it! Great company!
