Overall Good, But Can Shred When Sticky or Wet
We use these napkins all the time, but we do find that a layer can bind to stickiness (BBQ sauce, for example) and then shred and stick to your fingers. Same when they get a bit wet. I realize other napkins can do this as well, but these seem particularly susceptible. Other than those occasions, they’re great.

Nice but wrinkly
This napkin is very nice; soft and large.My complaint is that the cardboard box the 8 packages are packed in is just a little too small. Thus the napkins are wrinkly and don’t lay flat.

I’ve been ordering paper napkins for a good while and pleased. This time I evidently was not paying attention and ordered the dinner napkins.. very large. They are very nice and I like them but not for putting around a drink, wiping my hands etc They are too big. I have used them for paper towels when I ran out. Excellent. I’ll just be careful with my next order

Fancy-Pants Paper Napkins
These are my favorite paper napkins. They look much nicer than regular el-cheapo paper napkins. These are kind of a splurge. I like the dimensions and they fold well in half or in triangles. They fit that ubiquitous black square horizontal napkin holder from Ikea with the metal paperweight. Those take up too much room – ginormous footprint just for paper napkins. We don’t live in the Ikea store, for god-sakes. Anyway, I got hooked on these napkins. A vertical napkin holder needs to be the right dimension or these napkins look as limp as a sad, dead lily.The purchase of these napkins was made after watching the prices fluctuate and get to my budgetary price point. (price per unit) If you, dear reader, are reading this in 2022 or beyond, it may not be such a great bargain. Inflation and supply chain BS might hit this kind of thing to kind of a pointless purchase. If you are trying to be fancy just buy some cloth napkins and use the laundry. How much more expensive are disposable napkins made from renewable resources? Right now, they are way more expensive. So for me, I go with these fancy Vanity Fair 3-ply! square dinner napkins or cloth napkins.It’s subtle things like this that make me feel fancy. So – it’s a low-impact way to splurge. Especially if you find a great unit price like I did here.

The best paper napkins on the market!
I have used these paper napkins for years. They are pure white, heavy weight, very absorbent, and even better than cloth since you don’t have to wash them. Usually, they are readily available everywhere. About a month ago, I could not find them anywhere! Then I looked on Amazon. I got a box of eight packages for $13.00, shipped directly to my home. Nice saving, too, buying in bulk instead of one package at a time. Amazon, I appreciate you!

The best to use
I have purchased these napkins before. They are sturdy , bright white and durable. I have used them for children with popsicles, cookies, and any gooey desserts instead of a plate. Napkins came in wrapped in packs. Will keeping buying them.

I love these
Great napkin. I’m a messy eater because my hands shake. Before buying these I used to use regular paper napkins. Inevitably going through several at a time. Now I can use just one. People using bulk paper napkins might be hesitant to buy these. I only started using these because at the time they were the only ones available. I haven’t done a cost vs quantity analysis but in my opinion using one napkin instead of many is cost effective. These napkins are large, soft, sturdy and almost feel like cloth napkins. Other brands are scratchy, non absorbent and wasteful.

The two plies fall apart and shread too .
We have been using these napkins for several months and have noticed that the two plies separate and shread too easily. You end up with napkin pieces. We will try a different brand once these are gone since I question the quality.

What happened? These used to be great as they used to be high quality.
Seems like R&D/cost-cutting at the company that makes these napkins ~ Georgia Pacific ~ has gone too far.NO quality anymore. NONE… A product that used to be top of the line is now useless. Non-absorbent, they tear fall apart immediately, don’t fold well, no thickness anymore. And, these “heavily-reduced-quality” napkins make any table look cheap. Don’t even bother with your breakfast, lunch, dinner table ~ much less if you’re entertaining with an hors d’oeuvres spread, or wine & cheese party. These ruin it all. And, don’t even try to daintily (or just normally) wipe your mouth because these just tear apart immediately.The last two orders went ~ very noticeably ~ from bad to worse. And, STILL EXPENSIVE for the poor quality.It’s not Amazon’s fault ~ I’d like to be reimbursed by Georgia Pacific, as should every other consumer that used to have these as top-of-the-line…

One Napkin Is All You Need
I don’t know who said a bag of 300 lunch napkins are a bargain when you have to use 2-3 a meal but I had enough of the oh-so-cute designs on a thin square products. Granted, dinner napkins are more expensive but they’re worth the expense in the long run. And you do save with the bulk purchase. Vanity Fair is a brand I grew up on and their napkins are still the same quality they were when I was a kid (I’m a Boomer). VF also makes a luncheon size which are nice too but I opted for the larger napkin ‘cuz, well… I’m messy.

Quality/Thickness
The quality of this product has been deteriorating for some time. It was originally thick & appropriate to substitute for cloth napkins. Now it is almost as thin as Kleenex. It arrives all wrinkled. I am definitely a brand loyalist but I will be searching for a better quality napkin. This company needs to consider their target consumer.
