I bought this set for my son as a gift for him for receiving a promotion. I know that he works very hard at his job. His job involves high tech security for the government and is stressful. He has a special needs son and he and my daughter in law just had another baby. I wanted to give him something special. This was a great gift. The price was extremely reasonable. I fell in love with the style. I thought he would like it because of the sturdy base of the glasses. So, when he called to say that it had arrived and it was a great gift and a wonderful surprise, we were both very happy. I can’t wait until I can see it for myself!Thanks, Jean

I must say for $99 getting this beautiful crystal decanter and 4 matching crystal glasses is an exceptional value! The case the set come in is also exceptional and would be excellent if the intent is as a gift.The glasses are perfect in size to hold a 2½” ice ball if so desired and and are quite heavy /robust. The decanter and the stopper are very clear and as robust as the glasses with this set.For the price this is a very good deal and needs to be considered if one is looking for a high quality crystal decanter for spirits (Bourbon in my case).

I never thought I “needed” a whiskey decanter until I received this Art Deco crystal decanter set as a birthday gift from my wife. It’s beautiful, it’s dense, and it’s so boujee. It really does make everything taste better. Given the packaging and the quality of the set you can immediately see and feel, I was initially a little upset because I thought she spent too much on something I didn’t really “need.” When she told me what she actually paid for it, I, of course, did not believe her. I would have guessed she paid three times (3x) as much for this set. It’s a bargain, and you can’t argue with value. Now that I have it, I don’t know how I “survived” for so long without a set like this. Cheers!

We were looking for something like this to give as a gift and I can’t say enough good things about this set. First, cheers to Amazon getting it to us next day with free shipping….Now to the set. First when you see the box it comes in you’re already thinking this is going to be something special. Everything is packed excellent in the very solid and good looking box. The set its self is VERY classy and elegant. It just feels good in your hand. The glasses are thick and heavy as they should be. The decanter is as well and the stopper fits tight and right. This is a great set! You will not be disappointed!

My bf had been mentioning he wanted to get into whiskey so I thought a decanter set would be a perfect Christmas gift. I found this one on amazon for a reasonable price and it had great reviews. The set is stunning and looks elegant yet manly sitting on the shelf of my bf’s apartment. The only thing missing is a little tray to display it on which we bought separately. I’m really pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a thoughtful and special gift.

I purchased this brand from my son’s suggestion. He purchased a different decanter but was extremely pleased with his purchased. When it arrived, It was packaged so beautifully I thought about giving it as a gift. Once I took it out and place on silver serving tray (also purchased from amazon), I knew I could not part with it. I filled with my favorite bourbon, Angels Envy (not included), immediately. I have this decanter sitting on top of my sideboard (which is used as a liquor cabinet). I review many complements.If you are looking for a gift for whiskey drinker – here is a classy gift.If you are interested in purchasing the silver tray look for Godinger silver mirror tray 11inx16in

This is a fantastic product, especially when considering its price.The glasses are sturdy and appear seamless. The decanter itself is a weighty object that feels expensive enough for even your finest whiskey. It has only one seam line on the top that feels smooth and solid (not sure if its a a relic of the construction method or not).Note to anyone buying for a gift: the gift box is very professionally done, but I recommend shipping to yourself first. When I received it there was light damage to the packaging despite an in-tact Amazon box (ribbon came off the bottom of the box and two of the corners ripped during shipping). If you ship to yourself first, you can probably make it look new again with some glue and maybe a Sharpie.Overall, great value — would buy again!

Wow – if you’re thinking of giving this as a gift – add to cart now! Seriously, you will really impress anyone you give this to; as others have said, no need to wrap this set, the packaging is exceptionally beautiful and incredibly robust – just check out the photos!Once you’re done drooling over the presentation, don’t forget that the box contains some seriously good looking, chunky pieces of glassware that you won’t want to hide away. These pieces feel weighty in your hand (even more so when they’re filled with whiskey – that’s just good science) – the decanter in particular is extremely heavy and substantial compared to others I’ve used in the past.It’s probably worth a note that the glass stopper does not have an additional seal on the stem (where it meets the decanter), but it still forms a good seal to keep your precious contents safe.You’ll feel amazing giving this as a gift – especially at this price – but don’t feel too guilty if you want to just buy it for yourself (you earned it)!
