Our church sent our silver communion ware out for repairs and we needed a temporary flagon (pitcher) for pouring the wine on Sundays. I ordered this decanter for that purpose. It is beautiful and just the right size. It works very well until our silver communion ware is ready. We will keep this at our church for future uses.

This is stunning we own several pieces including cups, trays, cake holders ect… we just keep coming back the pieces are well constructed and beautiful I know they will be around for generations!! Ok the negative and there is only one it/they do contain some lead this lend itself to the shine and solid weighted feel. Obviously not good so long-term storage of liquor/wine is not recommend as the lead can slowly leach into the alcohol. I don’t know about you but in my house drinks don’t stay in decanter more than a couple weeks. So in the beautiful piece, great cost I recommended them.-PS- I often soak mine in vinegar and water it is suppose to remove surface level lead-also these are made in plain old glass from other makers if you prefer!!!

Heavy duty, well made. The stopper area is well sanded and smooth. Hopefully this is finally a decanter I won’t break at the first opportunity. Very thick and seems durable. I wouldn’t store anything in it if it’s actually lead crystal, but great for serving.

I needed something in a hurry to replace a decanter at our church so I ordered this and it arrived in two days. Totally and completely satisfied with this decanter. It holds just enough wine for Mass and can always fill it with less if desired. We’re keeping this instead of ordering something more expensive. Our Priest is delighted with this.

Had a very slight chip in the stopper, but can’t be seen when stopper is in the bottle. I actually use it for mouthwash in the bathroom and it adds a lovely elegant touch.

GORGEOUS!If you have to look at a bunch of bottles in your home bar, why not stare at something beautiful? When I am not using this for red wine on movie night I use it for cooled teas and water next to my desk. Think about it…20$? You could blow that at a 7/11 without blinking! Or as a tip when you go out to eat! Why not take that 20$ and buy something that will last the rest of your life & improve the quality of it?

I use to have this wine decanter years ago; purchased by a friend of mine as a gift. It got broken through a move and I was so disappointed. However, I went online and found the same one and now I am pleased. A decanter to always have as a show piece.
