The stirrers are fine. They are a good length for taller cups and the thermos coffee mug I use. They are very thin and quite flexible but this is not a problem for stirring coffee. It might be an issue if you are stirring a cold drink with a lot of ice. Price for what you get is good as well.My big issue is how it was shipped. They sent the product in a large padded envelope. Somewhere along the delivery route, the package must have been squished a bit. When I opened the envelope, the box containing the stirrers was open and had come apart enough to allow 1/4 to 1/3 of the stirrers to be floating around in the envelope. The box is just some very thin cardboard. It doesn’t take much to tear it. I had to pour everything on a table, fix the box and tape up the bottom. I also washed the loose stirrers I found in the envelope out of precaution. Amazon shipped this item. They need to reevaluate how they ship it.

For some reason everywhere I go lately and order a drink, they are using full size straws in them. I was told by two establishments they are not allowed to use these anymore. No-one could explain why. The soda straw just ruins the drink for me, so I ordered these and will carry a few with me in case I would like a drink somewhere. Strange but true. UPDATE: Since I bought these, I found out they had to stop using these due to bacteria getting in them. I guess when a bartender uses their hand to grab one out of a bunch. They were allowed to use their supply up though, and every once in a while I get one in my drink. But now, it seems, there is no particular glass they use for a Jack and Coke. I’ve even gotten a plastic Solo cup. As my sip stirrers disappear into these different size glasses/cups, I am now ordering the longer stirrers as well. I will also find a longer plastic case from a makeup brush to carry them in. I will not be stopped from enjoying my occasional drink. With one box of each length stirrer, I will have to bequeath these to my heirs. As I more than likely will not have 2000 drinks by the time I die.

Not very sturdy!
We have these on our coffee cart for our patients. We have noticed when you use them in a hot beverage, which is what they are made for… the stirrer melts and bends. We will not purchase these again in the future.

Can’t find coffee stirring straws in grocery stores I’ve looked for a year.

The price was right, the shipping was fast, but the box was shipped in an envelope and was crushed when I opened the package. Almost had to play 1000 pick-up. But I only lost about a dozen transferring them to my old container. I would reccomend a better shipping package.

Really a good stirrer from probably coffee 10oz or less only,, nothing really thicker is not recommended like hot cocoa. The packaging like other reviewers said is terrible.. mines was all only in the bag all over.. i just neatly put them back in the box… no hard no foul…

just what i was looking for
these are hard to come by. so glad i found them here. I wanted them for an embroidery project, and didn’t need that many, but it was the only ones i could find. so glad i did purchase them. Very skinny straws that coffee shops used to use as a stir stick, but not flat stick. Also used in mixed drinks from a bartender. Wish it came in multicolors.

The product is very good. I was hoping they would be about and inch longer than what they were.The only reasons I said that was because our coffee stirrer holder is the same height as they are.But, I just added paper at the bottom of the holder and now they all clear the rim. Thiswould not keep me from buying them again, because of the price, and I can always use a shorterholder for them. Hmmmm, maybe I will be buying one from Amazon. Thank you! great product.

We Use These Stirrers Daily!
Great value, and great stirrers for standard size coffee cups. I have an extra coffee cup set out by my coffee maker with these stirrers in them for easy grab-and-go use (see pics). I’ve always used 2 stirrers at time because I also drink out of them and you can’t get an adequate drinking amount with just 1 stirrer. Because of using 2 at a time, I’ve never had the issue that some other users noted regarding the stirrers getting too flimsy, but after reading those reviews, I tried stirring with just 1 stirrer and they do get rather soft (this is why I gave the product 4 out of 5 stars). If you are using these for the sole purpose of stirring hot beverages, then I’d recommend either using 2 at a time or purchasing more hearty stirrers (such as wooden stirrers). However, for our purposes, these stirrers work great and they look nice sitting in a cup at our little “coffee station”.

This plastic coffee stirrers are awesome! I ordered these when I was the manager of a coffee shop in college and they were perfect for us. They lasted a really long time and because of the fact that they were durable plastic, they didn’t melt in hot drinks at all. These are really nice stirrers and I bought them frequently. I think this product is great and I would buy these stirrers again, if I needed stirrers for any occasion. Because there’s 1000 in the pack, they should last a long time, unless you’re someone who does as much high volume service as Starbucks. This was perfect for our little campus coffee shop and would last us a month or two and then I would reorder more. It was great to be able to order online for so cheap, because it meant I didn’t have to drive 45 minutes to Sam’s. This saved me tons of time and gas money! This is a great product that I would certainly order again, should the need arise!

Great coffee stirrers
1000 stirrers per box for $7.00 is a good deal. I use about 1 stirrer every M-F but 3 to 4 on S and S. So Iam using about 13 a week. I get almost 1 1/2 years of use out of a box. Plus since they are plastic, I recycle them. Now I’m just using them to stir a single Splenda into a 8 to 10 oz cup of coffee not a giant sippy cup so they hold up real well for my use. I’ve never worked it out but they’ve got to be cheaper than the amount of water and soap used to clean a spoon if I used one for each cup over a 1 1/2 year period.

These are a great value and work well with 16oz cups with lids. They get a little soft in hot water making it a bit tougher to stir something like hot cocoa – where there is powder at the bottom. For coffee snd tea they are fine.

Okay coffee stirrers. Odd that a product designed for hot beverages melts in hot beverages. I used it to stir my coffee and it started melting in the middle of the stirrer. At first I thought maybe I bent it myself, but I tried another one and it did the same thing. It’s not bad enough to return, so I just kept them. As my title says, they get the job done.
